TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Parte dei dati di navigazione, di cui sopra, possono essere parzialmente elaborati sui sistemi del fornitore Google LLC (attualmente Google Analytics, Google Conversion Tracking, Google Adwords, Zendesk Inc, che comunque dichiarano di utilizzare sistemi che offrono garanzie di adeguatezza rispetto al Regolamento GDPR e alla normativa afferente alla tutela dei dati personali. I dati, infine, possono essere comunicati in caso di richiesta alle autorità competenti in adempimento ad obblighi derivanti da norme inderogabili di legge.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
L’interessato ha diritto:
– all’accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione e opposizione al trattamento dei dati;
– ad ottenere senza impedimenti dal titolare del trattamento i dati in un formato strutturato di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico per trasmetterli ad un altro titolare del trattamento;
– a revocare il consenso al trattamento, senza pregiudizio per la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso acquisito prima della revoca;
– proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali.
