WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes how this website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit it. This notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, otherwise known by the acronym GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), or pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 1296/2003, which implemented the provisions of the aforementioned regulation.
This regulation pertains to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing and free movement of personal data, as well as the compliance provisions for those who interact with the web service of the relevant data controller, SALCO SRL, accessible online via the address https://salco.it/, which corresponds to the homepage of the data controller’s official website.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European Data Protection Authorities, meeting in the Working Party established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

This processing is carried out exclusively by staff from the office responsible for data processing, who have access to the email address salco@salco.it
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server (successful, error, etc...) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, or the user's entry of data in the contact form, for the purpose of purchase, entails the subsequent acquisition of such data, necessary to respond to requests, process them and to allow the purchase and shipment of products. We collect or collect directly from the user/customer the first name, last name, address, email, telephone number, company name and VAT number (if any), billing address and shipping address, purchase data, such as order number, details about the goods purchased, details about the means of payment, communications and messages in relation to purchases (e.g. withdrawal statements, complaints, and customer service communications), delivery and payment status, return status, and data on the third party service providers involved in the execution of the contract (in the case of mail order it could be the shipping number of the courier service), as well as payment data, such as IBAN and BIC, i.e. account number and bank code, and credit card or Paypal service data.. These data are stored indefinitely in the owner's databases.
Leadinfo:
We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands, which detects visits to our website by companies based on their IP addresses and displays publicly available information about them, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to provide transparency regarding how our visitors use our website, and the tool processes domains from the provided inputs (e.g., “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing is carried out through operations, carried out with the aid of electronic instruments and consists of the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the owner and by the persons expressly authorized by the owner for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The data being processed may be accessed by the data controller and data processors, and may be disclosed to internal or external partners, such as accounting, logistics, and technical firms, payment service providers, warehouses, and companies that handle order packaging and shipping.
Part of the aforementioned browsing data may be partially processed on the systems of the provider Google LLC (currently Google Analytics, Google Conversion Tracking, Google AdWords, and Zendesk Inc.), which, in any case, declare that they use systems that offer guarantees of compliance with the GDPR and the regulations pertaining to the protection of personal data. Finally, the data may be disclosed to the competent authorities upon request in compliance with obligations arising from mandatory legal provisions.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject has the right:
– to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of data;
– to receive, without hindrance from the data controller, the data in a commonly used, machine-readable, structured format in order to transmit it to another data controller;
– to withdraw consent to processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent obtained prior to withdrawal;
– to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
