WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes how this website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit it. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. We collect or collect directly from the user/customer the first name, last name, address, email, telephone number, company name and VAT number (if any), billing address and shipping address, purchase data, such as order number, details about the goods purchased, details about the means of payment, communications and messages in relation to purchases (e.g. withdrawal statements, complaints, and customer service communications), delivery and payment status, return status, and data on the third party service providers involved in the execution of the contract (in the case of mail order it could be the shipping number of the courier service), as well as payment data, such as IBAN and BIC, i.e. account number and bank code, and credit card or Paypal service data.. The data being processed may be accessed by the data controller and data processors, and may be disclosed to internal or external partners, such as accounting, logistics, and technical firms, payment service providers, warehouses, and companies that handle order packaging and shipping.
Part of the aforementioned browsing data may be partially processed on the systems of the provider Google LLC (currently Google Analytics, Google Conversion Tracking, Google AdWords, and Zendesk Inc.), which, in any case, declare that they use systems that offer guarantees of compliance with the GDPR and the regulations pertaining to the protection of personal data. Finally, the data may be disclosed to the competent authorities upon request in compliance with obligations arising from mandatory legal provisions.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject has the right:
– to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of data;
– to receive, without hindrance from the data controller, the data in a commonly used, machine-readable, structured format in order to transmit it to another data controller;
– to withdraw consent to processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent obtained prior to withdrawal;
– to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
