SALCO was founded more than 50 years ago and, from the very beginning, distinguished itself as a leading company in the packaging sector in the province of Treviso. This adventure began with the entrepreneurial vision of two families, Bramezza and Zorzi, who started a plant for the production of corrugated cardboard boxes in Zero Branco in 1967.

The initial project grew year by year, arriving in 1987 at the current headquarters located in Dosson di Casier, also in the Treviso area. The leadership of the company also changes over time, passing to the founders' sons, Giorgio and Gianluca. Only one thing remains unchanged: the passion to create innovative packaging solutions capable of satisfying an increasingly demanding clientele.

With the commitment of the new generations, the plant is gradually expanded, the production process is improved through the gradual automation of the lines, a design department is started to ensure the best support for customers, and a papermaking section is inaugurated, allowing the product range to be expanded to retail solutions.

The company's growth is also and above all sustained by people: our team has been able to integrate new skills and new energy over time, always in an atmosphere of cooperation and harmony.

Today the plant in Dosson di Casier represents an established reality in the panorama of box factories in the Northeast, on a production area of 14,000 square meters, with automatic converting and printing plants, a papermaking department and a technical department that designs customized packaging and packaging according to different needs.

Quality service and customer focus are the key elements of our business. Continuous investment in design know-how, evolving technology and production and logistics processes are our strategic assets to increasingly accredit us as a complete and reliable partner.

Salco contributed in 2019 to the creation of the Italian Box Association Forest on the Treedom platform, a nursery managed by Veneto Agricoltura.

social commitment

For several years, Salco has collaborated with the Erga cooperative, a social enterprise that facilitates the reintegration of people in fragile conditions into the world of work.

We are supporters of https://www.ibambinidellefate.it a social enterprise that since 2005 has been involved in ensuring economic support for social inclusion projects and pathways run by associations and third sector entities, aimed at children and families with autism and other disabilities.

 

Salco also participates in area activities by supporting several sports associations. These include the Lanerossi soccer club and Came soccer 5-a-side.
